Data protection & Cookies

Data Protection Act

If the Internet offer contains the possibility to enter personal or business data (email addresses, names, and addresses), the user provides those data on expressly voluntary basis. The use and payment of all offered services is also allowed – as far as technically possible and reasonable – without providing such data or by providing anonymised data or a pseudonym. The use of the contact data published in the impressum or in comparable information by third parties for the purpose of forwarding information not expressly requested is not permitted. Such data includes postal addresses, telephone and fax numbers as well as email addresses. Legal actions against the sender of so-called spam emails in case of violations of this prohibition are expressly reserved.
